[The video opens on a Ditto, who seems to look a little sheepish. Behind it is everyone's favorite female kick-favoring martial artist, Chie, looking extremely irritated. She grabs the sides of the Ditto's face and stretches it out, then lets go, allowing it to snap back into place.]

Souji-kun. [Yikes, that's a cold tone. Streeeetch... Snap. Chie keeps doing this through the rest of the paragraph.] I left half my team in the room to relax, 'cause I wanted to get some one-on-one time in with a few of them. And when I got back, I found a certain Pokémon had snuck into my room while I was out. [Streeeetch... Snap.] You really need to do something about this thing.

Anyone else who's listening... Well, I guess I've got some eggs to sell! [She sighs and gestures to the side, and whoever's holding the camera turns it to show off a pile of Pokémon eggs. Looks like there's about 8 or 9 of them.] I know most of 'em are Snorunt eggs, and the other ones... I think they're gonna be either Tyrogues or Shuppets. I'd probably rather have cash, but then again, if you've got a cool egg sitting around, we can make a trade too. Let me know!

[The camera turns toward Chie again.] That's about all on my end. I know I've been quiet lately, but after the whole... bug thing... [She suppresses a shudder.] Figure a little peace and quiet is a good thing for once. Later.

I think he'll be a great addition to the team! He was really into training this morning, but not so much that he tired himself out or anything. And he can do this neat attack with his shadow, too.

With his... shadow? [ Rise definitely looks confused now. ]

Great! Oh, I was thinking around 1,000 dollars or so. I don't need a huge amount or anything, just something for the time, y'know?

Yeah, he, like... stretches it out under his opponent and hits them from behind with it. The gear says it's a Ghost-type move, which is weird 'cause he's Psychic-type. But it's a good attack, so I'm not complaining! [The Ralts straightens up and beams proudly.]

You think so? [She looks over at the Ditto again.] Can't see why anyone wouldn't like you... I bet if you work with it a little more, it'll get used to you. Can't hurt to try, right?

She's a Lapras. A Water and Ice-type.

[Hokuto makes a sound akin to purring, she likes this. Yosuke, on the other hand...]

Oh come on! Don't start putting ideas in her head that I'll be bad at this!

Lapras, huh? [The Ice part definitely pings her interest. She looks it up in her Pokédex...] Wow, they really are big. But pretty, too...

[Oh, why not? You only live once, right?] You don't happen to have an egg from her handy, do you?

At the moment? I've never tried breeding her, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem to get some help.

[She snickers, giving him a teasing grin.]

I'm just letting her know she has more people she can count on, that's all! Train her well and it won't be a problem.

Great! If you don't mind doing that, I think Lapras for Tyrogue would be a great trade. And I'd be happy to send you your egg now!

It sounds kind of creepy... but it looks like the little guy packs a punch already, huh?

[Furrows his brow. He's not that bothered by it.]

I'll train her fine! Ge-geeze... I'm pretty okay at this, you know.

Yeah, it'd be like a walk in the park man... But I guess it's good we got these guys to help us out.

Creepy? I guess maybe a little... But there's plenty of other moves just as weird, y'know? [Honestly, Chie finds him too cute and friendly to be creeped out.] But yeah, he definitely does! Doesn't do too much damage yet, 'cause he's still at level 1, but he'll get there!

[Eeeeventually, she will hear a BZZZZZZZZZ in the distance.]

[Well, good! Chie isn't about to admit it, but this is all friendly teasing, of course. She'd feel bad if it actually did bother him.]

Oh, yeah? So how's your team looking so far? Don't think I've seen your full roster yet.

Thank you-- I'd be happy to accept that, then.

Sure is. I mean, as much as I hate getting yanked away from home, I gotta admit I've been having a lot of fun with my team here.

[ffffffff. She peeks out the window, egg in one arm and Suzuka Gongen in the other. (Juuuust in case.)]
